Prototype: Class 998 trailer car to go with the German Federal Railroad (DB) class 798 rail bus. Former class VB 98. Built starting in 1955. Used in commuter service outside of metropolitan areas.

Product description

Model: Era IV. This car goes with the 12554 and 12555 rail busses. The frame on this car is made of die-cast metal. The interior lighting is maintenance-free LED's. There is a special separable coupling on the car. Length over the buffers 87 mm / 3-7/16".
